Step 1 of 2

The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), was enacted to, among other things, protect the assets of private employer pension plans. ERISA can also govern employer provided health plans. If a private employer violates ERISA’s mandates and an employee’s pension plan is harmed by bad investments or unlawful conduct, a lawsuit can be brought on a class action basis for all similarly-harmed employees. We represent individual participants in class action lawsuits against fiduciaries of the plan.

Based on our Investigation, many private employers are mismanaging employee 401(k)s. Your retirement money is yours, not your employer’s or the financial companies they have hired to operate your retirement plan. Under ERISA, your employer has a duty to properly manage your 401(k).

Contact us to discuss your 401(k)  today to make sure your tomorrow is protected.
